It’s that time of the year again when we all have our invitations in hand and are wondering what to wear to a Christmas party. I am really loving all the party dresses that *Warehouse* has for sale at the moment. I do love a bit of bling action, so all the sequin pieces they have at the moment are rocking my world.
I thought it might be nice to share some of the outfits that I’m loving right now and give you a few ideas of how to dress for the occasion. Nothing says festive like a little bit of colourful sequin or better yet, the classic lbd. Here’s a little rundown of just a few of my favourites.
The Fun Sequin Dress
This dress just screams, i’m ready to get on the dance floor and party all night. It’s a wrap over style which is very flattering to most female bodies as it cinches the waist in. It is such a fun festive style, that will have you looking like a million dollars at that office xmas party.
It would be so easy to dress this up with a nice pair of heels but to be honest the dress speaks for itself ad really doesn’t need a lot of accessories.
The Classic Little Black Dress
This is the little black dress with a sequin kick! I’m sure when thinking of what to wear to christmas party, most people have that trusted LBD in their closet. I love this one because it has so much character to it.
The sheer sleeves and neckline take the dress from ordinary to sexy and the sequins turn it into appropriate festive attire. This one gets a thumbs up from me.
The Hit The Dance-floor Midi Fringe Skirt
How do you take an already sexy sequin skirt to another level? Simple, add some fridge detail at the bottom and voila! This skirt can go from day to night depending on what top you pair it with. Wear it to work with a respectable turtleneck and the switch it up with a zebra print top and a gorgeous heel to hit the dance floor.
The Sexy Metallic Wrap Dress
I had to feature another rainbow wrap dress but this time in this beautiful metallic finish. At just £59 it also happens to be quite a steal in my opinion.
This dress not only ticks the what to wear to Christmas party category, it also has the potential for that New Year’s eve frock. It’s such simple yet stunning and flattering style that can be dressed up or down in so many different ways.
Party Time!
Well, that’s about it my beautiful friends. Just a few little fun pieces to get the party started right. I would love to know what your go to party dresses are. Leave me a comment below and let me know:-).
