How the story began
In 2017, my world turned upside down when I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and Hashimoto’s. I went from living life on my terms to being bedridden, exhausted, and completely disconnected from myself. For years, I had been moving through life on autopilot, unaware of how deeply out of sync I was with my body, mind, and spirit. When conventional medicine couldn’t give me all the answers, I was forced to look deeper.
That search led me to holistic healing, breathwork, and a true understanding of the mind-body connection. I realised that real wellness isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about healing from within, reclaiming my power, and consciously creating a life that actually feels good.
Today, I no longer feel like life is just happening to me—I’m actively creating it. I’ve stepped into my power as a conscious creator, manifesting a life that feels aligned, expansive, and deeply fulfilling. I’ve traded survival mode for thriving, living with more energy, intention, and joy than I ever imagined possible.

Now, I share what I’ve learned through my blog, wellness events, and breathwork practice, creating spaces where others can heal, grow, and step into their own power. And with The Amanda Millie Podcast, I’m excited to dive even deeper into real conversations about self-growth, healing, and navigating life’s beautifully messy moments with awareness and intention.
