Hey beauties, I think it’s about time that I wrote my positive home birth story, considering that it’s been 3 months since my little pigly was born.
So it has been quite a whirlwind couple of months to be honest and I think I’m still a little bit in shock that I am now a mother of two and that my little Nami is here. I feel so grateful to have gone through this journey and everything that culminated to Namiko coming into this world happened exactly as I wanted it to, albeit there were a few bumps along the road.
Hey guys, so I wanted to follow up on my previous post about Cord Blood Banking just to update you on how it all went. As most of you know, we chose to work with Future Health Biobank who made the entire process so smooth and easy for us.
I wrote about why we chose to do this in a previous blog post. You can read up on what it is and our reasons for choosing this procedure here.Anyway, my little man is finally here and I already can’t remember life without him. He’s tiny, super squidgy and just perfect! But then again, I’m his mother so I would say that right?
It’s that time of the year again when we all have our invitations in hand and are wondering what to wear to a Christmas party. I am really loving all the party dresses that *Warehouse* has for sale at the moment. I do love a bit of bling action, so all the sequin pieces they have at the moment are rocking my world.
I thought it might be nice to share some of the outfits that I’m loving right now and give you a few ideas of how to dress for the occasion. Nothing says festive like a little bit of colourful sequin or better yet, the classic lbd. Here’s a little rundown of just a few of my favourites.
My most favourite thing to do at the moment is sitting in a coffee shop and just literally watching the world go by. As we are now transitioning into autumn and the temperatures start to drop, nothing makes me happier that having a slice of cake with a matcha latte at my favourite coffee shop, while people watching through the window.
I like to watch people and try to figure out what their story is, especially when it’s couples together. I’m sure i’m not the only person that does this, am I?
Hello my lovely friends, so recently Byron and I have been reading a lot about cord blood banking and really trying to decide if it is something we want to do. As it goes, the more I read up on it to be honest, the more we came to the conclusion that it would be a shame not to do it.
It’s been quite an interesting journey these past few months with this pregnancy and dare I say, I think I’ve actually been enjoying it. I am now well and truly into the last stretch, hello third trimester and it still feels like yesterday when we found out we had another bun in the oven.
