Ok, I’ve got 3 booty exercises to score a sexy toned tush just in time for summer!
No, that’s definitely not my booty above (gosh in my dreams right?) ha! But saying that, I have been on this fitness journey of mine for a couple of years, and there’s a few exercises that I’ve noticed provide more visible results than others.
DISCLAIMER: Before I go any further, I have to mention that I am NOT a qualified trainer, and therefore all information provided in this article in purely my own personal opinion and advice that I received personally from trained practitioners. This has worked for me, but I would recommend you talk to your trainer/doctor whoever before starting any new type of exercise. Phew! That’s a bit of a mouthful isn’t it? Right, let’s get on with it, shall we? I usually do about 3 sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise. View Post
No one is coming to save you, how to your own hero!
You think I don’t see you rolling your eyes whilst reading this? You’re thinking oh here we go again, she’s giving us the self development schpil (I totally made that word spelling up) again.
Ok I’ll be totally honest, I’m on day 7 of the 30 day blogging challenge and I’m drawing blanks here people. I have 50 million ideas in my head and yet I’m completely blocked, oh the irony!! View Post
The 5 quotes that changed my life….seriously!! This is no joke my friends. About 6 years ago, I was at what I would call my darkest hour to date. I was depressed and alone with nothing to live for, (or so I thought) and my love for literature was my only fortress.
I have always LOVED books, from when I was a little girl, so I guess it’s no wonder that I turned to reading when I had nothing else going for me. Ok, ok, I know this is starting to sound like a pity party for one, so let’s get to the good stuff, shall we?
I have collected these quotes from several of my favourite books, and I hope you find some inspiration in them as well. View Post
Reflecting and reminiscing today and I realized how supported and divinely guarded we are ALL the time, even more so at the times we feel alone. Looking back at the last 6 years, I barely recognize the girl I used to be.
That girl (not woman), was sooo concerned about appearances, so easily swayed by other people’s opinions and too concerned about pleasing everyone at the expense of her own happiness. She had no idea of who she was or who she could become. I remember being constantly unhappy, always judging/comparing myself to other people which of cos made me even more unhappy as I always seemed to fall short. View Post
I absolutely adore the Spring/Summer collections that are out at the moment, and I have been lucky enough to get to model some of the them. Today I got to wear this gorgeous outfit from Miss Selfridge, and I’m loving it.
